The Bear Creek Lakes

Only a 10-15 minute drive from Russellville are the Bear
Creek Lakes, consisting of 4 lakes.
3 of the lakes are west of Russellville near the Belgreen Community. The
largest, Cedar Lake, is a favorite of fishermen and water sports enthusiasts.
Bear Creek Lake and Little Bear Lake are also in this area.
All of the Lakes have Camp Grounds with R.V. Hook-ups, Boat Ramps and Swimming
Areas. South of Russellville is Upper Bear Creek Lake in the Phil Campbell
area. Upper Bear Creek Lake is a long winding lake that bends and turns
for mile upon mile. It is also a favorite of fishermen and those who enjoy
a long peaceful cruise along its banks.

The beautiful breath taking views of the lakes has encouraged many to make these areas home. Others have weekend homes here in order to get away and relax. The Lakes are not over developed and homes can be found here ranging in price from the 70's to the mid 100's. Lots are available in the upper teens to mid 30's. |
Twin Pines Country Club

5 Miles North of Russellville off Hwy 43 is Twin
Pines Country Club.
A beautiful area consisting of a Banquet Room, Pool, 18 Hole Golf Course and
Driving Range.
Twin Pines Subdivision is a new Development with Homes overlooking the
beautiful lakes and manicured lawns of the Golf course. Memberships are available
or you can play a few holes for a small greens fee.
