The Historic District of Russellville is one of my favorite places.
	The old Downtown area is alive with Unique Shops, Court House, City Hall, Post Office, Churches, Attorney Offices, Real Estate Offices, Restaurants and many other Professional and Services Businesses.

Walking through the neighborhood, one has a sense of traveling back in time with Victorian, Colonial and Federal style homes built in the 1800's and early 1900's. During the early morning, many of our citizens take their daily stroll through this area.

	The youngsters especially enjoy this area at Halloween, when the residents decorate and dress for the occasion. Some put on productions in their yards while others sit on their porches and hand out treats to around 1000 children who visit each year.
